Personalizing Your Editable Download

Please make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader – a free program available at http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Please be sure you have the current version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. PLEASE NOTE that some computers have a default PDF program installed that will not work properly with this ADOBE READER file. Items are designed for use with Adobe Reader only. Please be sure to open your file with Adobe Reader, as opposed to Windows Reader (Windows 8) or Preview (Mac).

For personalized files:

• To edit the PDF, simply type over our sample text.
• To edit font size, type or color in Adobe Reader Click Control-E
• Save the file.
• You are now ready to print at home or take to a printer!

Suggestions:

• When editing our sample text, you need to type your details over ours.Copy and paste from another file will render fonts incorrectly.
• If font renders incorrectly and you need to restart:
• Erase all text in field
• Tab to next field
• Click back in original field and retype: fonts should now render correctly.

Troubleshooting FAQs:

• I have changed the font type and now I'm getting a black Plus Sign.
• This means that your font is too large. Reduce font size and plus sign will disappear.

• I CAN'T SAVE MY FILE. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? Chances are you are not using the correct version of Adobe Reader. You can only save your files if you are using Adobe Reader 11 or higher. Some computers are running on older operating systems and version 11 won't appear when you go to update. Other clients have fixed this issue by choosing a newer operating system. Go to the link below and pick Windows 7 or 8 or Mac OS Intel 10.7.2 or higher. That should bring up the Adobe Reader version 11 option to download. http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
